be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024. For Candidate, Voter or

How many
positions are available:
Who is
eligible to run for Mayor or Councillor: (you can only run for one
position)
Every
person who
has
obtained a certificate in the prescribed form from the clerk,
treasurer, collector or other official having knowledge of the facts
that, as of nomination day, the charges that are liens on the
person’s property and the taxes due to the municipality by the
person have been fully paid or all instalments or interim payments
that are due as of nomination day have been paid;
When can I
file my Nomination Papers:
Nomination
Papers can be filed by appointment only starting Thursday, August
29, 2024 and ending on Nomination Day, Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
Is the Town
of Clark's Harbour divided into districts:
No.
All seats, both Mayor and Councillors, are At Large, which means
they respresent the entire town so there are no seperate districts.
All eligible voters within the Town Limits can vote for Mayor and up
to Four Councillors.
